
Do you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling truly rested?
You’re not alone — and you’re invited to take part in a community-based wellness study exploring how sound bath meditation may support deeper, more restorative sleep.
This study blends the ancient practice of sound healing with modern sleep tracking technology to gently observe how regular sound baths may influence sleep quality, restfulness, and nervous system balance.

Sound bath meditation uses harmonic tones and vibrational frequencies to support deep relaxation and activate the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of the body responsible for rest and restoration.
Many people report feeling calmer, more grounded, and better able to sleep after sound bath experiences. This study offers a structured way to observe those changes over time.

This is a non-medical, observational wellness study designed to explore the potential benefits of weekly sound bath meditation on sleep.
Participants will attend free guided sound bath sessions and use their Apple Watch to track sleep data before, during, and after the study period. The goal is to better understand patterns of rest and relaxation — not to diagnose or treat sleep disorders.

No prior experience with sound baths is required.

Each session will include a guided settling period followed by an immersive sound bath designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
This is a community based wellness study, not a medical program. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
